How do I get keys for the amenity center?
You would see a staff member during office hours to fill out your paperwork, show proof of residency and obtain your keys.
Can I rent out rooms at the amenity center?
Yes! Please see the staff for details and pricing.
Are children allowed to use the amenity center unaccompanied by and adult?
If a child is 14 years old or younger they must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years of age or older.
Can my son or daughter use the gym by themselves?
Only children 15 years or older may use the fitness center.
Where can I find the rules and policy of the facility?
This site provides you with the rules of each amenity. If you would like the CDD rules and policies they are found on the Deer Run website, http://deerruncdd.com/index.html. You can also click the link Deer Run CDD on this website and it will take you to their page.
Am I allowed to drink alcohol on the pool deck?
No one is allowed to have any beverages or food on the wet deck (This includes the pool and 6 feet from the pools edge). You are allowed to have beverage and food 6 feet away from the edge of the pool. There is no glass allowed in the pool area, please make sure all containers are glass free.
Am I allowed to bring friends to the pool?
Each household in the Grand Reserve community is allowed to have up to 4 guest per house. If you have more than 4 guests, you will need to talk with the facility manager before bringing your guests to the facility.
When renting a room can we use the pool also?
No, the pool, grill area, upstairs, and courts are not to be used by the Renting Party.
Can I rent the pool for a pool party?
No, the pool or the pool deck is never an option for a rental.
Are we allowed to have guest play pickleball?
Each household is allowed to bring 4 guests to the facility at any time. No one from outside of the community is allowed to use the courts unless they are a guest of a resident. The courts are CDD property, and they are for residents and resident's guest only.
What happens if residents are violating the facility rules?
If a resident is constantly violating the facility rules the board has the authority to deactivate a resident's access card.
In case of an emergency can a guest stay while the resident leaves?
No, all guests need to be accompanied by a resident.
